IMC Announces Acquisition of Beaches Medical Office Building

Jacksonville, FL  – International Management Company (IMC), a leading full-service commercial real estate agency in Northeast Florida, announces it has completed the purchase and acquisition of a fully occupied medical office building located at 3200 3rd Street South, Jacksonville Beach, Fla., 32250.

The two-story, 9,020-square-foot building is 100% leased to Ascension St. Vincent Primary Care and First Coast Dermatology and Internal Medicine, PA, who each occupy half of the building.
