Bartram Pointe will offer a mix of retail, office, and medical/ALF uses. Development will begin with approximately ±32,000 square feet of retail space with frontage on Racetrack Road. Three outparcels ranging from ±1.12 up to ±6.5 acres are available. The site will be directly visible to over 20,000 vehicles daily.
