Jacksonville, FL –International Management Company, LLC (IMC) announces it has commenced development of Phase II of Northpoint Village, a Publix-anchored, Class-A retail development at the intersection of New Berlin Road and Yellow Bluff Road on Jacksonville’s Northside.

Phase II, Northpoint Park, is located adjacent to the shopping center with direct vehicle access. The 8.27-acre development is in an ideal location for businesses, with high visibility and easy access to major thoroughfares. Northpoint Park’s first building is currently under development and projected to be completed in Q1 2024. The building will comprise +/-18,800 square feet of office/retail space.
