Jacksonville, FL – International Management Company, LLC (IMC) announces plans to develop a ±28.78-acre, Class-A mixed-use development at the intersection of Racetrack Road and Bartram Springs Parkway in northern St. Johns County, FL. Bartram Pointe will offer a mix of retail, office, and medical/ALF uses. Development will begin with approximately ±32,000 square feet of retail space with frontage on Racetrack Road. Three outparcels ranging from ±1.12 up to ±6.5 acres are available. The site will be directly visible to over 20,000 vehicles daily. The continued fast-paced growth in St. Johns County motivated IMC to move forward with the project.
