IMC Announces Northpoint Village Shopping Center, a Publix-anchored retail development

 Class-A shopping center slated for completion in Summer 2022

Jacksonville, FL  – International Management Company, LLC (IMC) announces plans to develop a Publix-anchored, Class-A retail development at the intersection of New Berlin Road and Yellow Bluff Road on Jacksonville’s Northside. Publix has signed a 48,387 SF lease for a grocery and pharmacy.

Built in phases, Phase I of Northpoint Village will consist of a standalone shopping center with  approximately 16,600 square feet of inline space adjacent to Publix, with units ranging from +1,300 square feet to +7,000 square feet as well as five outparcels ranging from +0.89 up to +1.53 acres.

Planned for completion in Summer 2022, Phase I of Northpoint Village will be developed on approximately 16.86 acres of land totaling approximately 88,000 square feet. Depending on demand, Phase II may be developed in conjunction with Phase I or at a future date with entitlements to develop up to +64,000 square feet of retail, medical and/or office uses. At completion, Northpoint Village will consist of approximately 142,000 square feet sitting on +27 acres.

“Located in an area long under served, the Publix-anchored Northpoint Village will bring quality groceries, pharmacy, services and shopping to Jacksonville’s Northside. With close proximity to I-295, I-95 and U.S. 17, Northpoint Village will offer convenience and selection in close proximity to a dense residential market,” said Brett McKee, IMC’s Vice President of Property Services.

The center will provide direct visibility to more than 20,000 cars daily. It will offer shopping and specialty services for more than 100,000 local residents and approximately 50,000 workplace employees within a 15-minute drive time.
